Job Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented Compliance Officer to oversee and enforce all legal, safety, and operational regulations across our catering services.
- You will ensure our central kitchens, transit vehicles, and event setups align with local food safety laws, occupational health mandates, and corporate ethical codes.
- Also design and implement a company wide Business Excellence Framework (EFQM) to optimize workflows in all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enforce all legal, safety, and operational regulations across our catering services.
- Design and implement a company wide Business Excellence Framework (EFQM) to optimize workflows in all departments.
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every department to measure service quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Champion a company wide culture of continuous improvement by training administrative and operational teams on business excellence tools and customer centric practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience blending compliance, quality assurance, and organizational process improvement, preferably within a large scale catering, hospitality, or food manufacturing environment.
