- Plan, develop, and deliver QHSE training programs including Health & Safety, HACCP, ISO Standards, PPE Awareness, Food Hygiene, Environmental Awareness, Fire Safety
- Conduct induction, refresher, toolbox talks (TBTs), and awareness sessions
- Monitor QHSE compliance through site inspections, audits, and training effectiveness evaluations
- Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and ISO standards
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and training records
- Support internal and external audits
- Promote a positive QHSE culture across all departments
- Maintain accurate training documentation and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of QHSE training experience, preferably in industrial catering, food service, or hospitality
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local food safety and labour regulations
- HACCP & Food Safety Certifications preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Overview
