About the Role
JASARA PMC seeks a Senior Procurement Manager - MEP to lead procurement activities for MEP-related material categories, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and strategic alignment.
The role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing procurement processes, and coordinating with technical advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories.
- Lead EOI, PQQ, RFP, evaluation, BAFO, recommendation and award processes.
- Coordinate with MEP technical advisors, design consultants and cost consultants.
- Lead supplier market sounding, longlisting, prequalification and supplier capability assessments.
- Prepare commercial analysis, negotiation strategies and award recommendations.
- Manage category schedules, risks, issues, approvals and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with MEP-related material categories.
