About the Role
NMK Electronics seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer in Dubai to design integrated AV, UC, and smart building solutions. You will work with sales teams and customers to develop technical proposals and system architectures.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales teams, consultants, and customers to understand technical requirements and define the right solution
- Design integrated technology solutions across AV, Unified Communications, Broadcast, Control Systems, Digital Signage, and Smart Building technologies
- Develop system architectures, signal flow diagrams, network topologies, rack elevations, and infrastructure requirements
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, scopes of work, bills of materials, compliance statements, and tender documentation
- Review consultant specifications and tender requirements, developing fully compliant technical responses
- Support quotation development with accurate equipment selections, engineering calculations, and project assumptions
- Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams
- Support the handover from pre sales to delivery teams, ensuring technical accuracy and project readiness
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years in a Pre Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Senior AV Engineering role
- Deep knowledge across professional audio, AV over IP, UC platforms, control systems, and broadcast technologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, Vectorworks, EASE, or Q SYS Designer
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer facing and consultative abilities
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and documentation quality
- Willingness to travel as required

What You'll Do
- Work closely with sales teams, consultants, and customers to understand technical requirements and define the right solution from the outset.
- Design integrated technology solutions across AV, Unified Communications, Broadcast, Control Systems, Digital Signage, and Smart Building technologies, ensuring functionality, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop system architectures, signal flow diagrams, network topologies, rack elevations, and infrastructure requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, scopes of work, bills of materials, compliance statements, and tender documentation.
- Review consultant specifications and tender requirements, developing fully compliant technical responses.
- Support quotation development with accurate equipment selections, engineering calculations, and project assumptions.
- Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences from system integrators to C suite stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Support the handover from pre sales to delivery teams, ensuring technical accuracy and project readiness.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices — acting as a technical ambassador for NMK in the market.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in a Pre Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Senior AV Engineering role.
- Deep knowledge across professional audio, AV over IP, UC platforms, control systems, and broadcast technologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, Vectorworks, EASE, or Q SYS Designer.
- Strong communicator, equally comfortable in a design review or a boardroom presentation.
