Responsibilities
- Ensure HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership
- Provide Cost and Estimating management, leadership and support for all Project activities
- Oversee Budget, Cost, Estimating, Progress Measurement and Forecasting activities of the EPC Contractor
- Support the Project Controls Manager and provide functional support to Project PMC and Owner's teams
- Review, monitor and control Project costs
- Review EPC Contractor's Work Breakdown Structure and work schedule
- Verify EPC Contractor requests for payments and milestone achievements
- Participate in Project risk reviews, constructability reviews and value engineering workshops
- Prepare Project cost reports and progress reports
- Monitor cash flow in multi currencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Minimum 5 years experience in GCC region preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- Experience within FEED & EPC
- Experience in PMC roles preferable
- Experience in Offshore projects required
- ADNOC project experience preferrable

Job Purpose & Scope

- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner.
- Provide Cost and Estimating management, leadership and support.

Principal Accountabilities
- Champion the Project Safety culture.
- Reports to PMC Project Controls Manager.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve Planning/Cost Control/Financial issues.
- Review, monitor and control Project costs.
- Review EPC Contractor's Work Breakdown Structure.
- Review EPC Contractor work schedule.
- Verify EPC Contractor requests for payments.
- Review EPC Contractor's Invoices, Progress Measurement and Forecasts.
- Review Project Business Plans and Execution strategies.
- Participate in Project risk reviews, constructability reviews and value engineering workshops.
- Prepare Project cost reports and progress reports.
- Monitor cash flow in multi currencies.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Minimum 5 years in GCC region preferred.
- At least 3 years in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- Experience within FEED & EPC required.
- Experience in PMC roles preferable.
- Experience in Offshore projects required.
- ADNOC project experience preferrable.
