Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Perform critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and schedule forecasting
- Identify schedule risks and support the development of mitigation strategies
- Coordinate resources to optimize productivity and minimize delays
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule and performance reports for management and stakeholders
- Review subcontractor and vendor schedules for alignment with project timelines
- Mentor and support junior planning engineers
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling within EPC environments
- Strong exposure to oil & gas, civil, marine, power or plant projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path analysis, resource management, and risk management

Role Overview
- Target Engineering seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to join their planning team and deliver multi sector EPC projects on time and within budget.

Your Role
- Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
