Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Production Planning activities for Aircraft Maintenance working with PPEs and PPOs to ensure service meets agreed SLA
- Follow processes in all planning and control phases of the maintenance input, including workpack production and workpack closure and control
- Support the delivery of Production Planning activities for Overhaul Workshops, working with shop PPEs and PPOs to ensure service meets agreed SLA
- Ensure the planning process delivers SSS/Task 2 parts to Aircraft Maintenance per agreed timelines through appropriate planning in the shop
- Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for components as agreed with Materials Management and/or as directed by the Shop PPE
- Support creation of Work orders, coordinating with M
Requirements
- Experience in production planning and control within aircraft maintenance or workshops
- Ability to support delivery of production planning activities and meet agreed SLAs
- Familiarity with planning processes including workpack production and closure

Job Overview
- The Production Planning department at Emirates Engineering plays a pivotal role in getting all the required maintenance done in the most efficient manner.
- Utilizing advanced planning tools, in depth technical reviews and collaborating closely with various teams, we ensure smooth maintenance operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing aircraft availability.
- Our focus is on maintaining high safety and efficiency standards while adapting to the airline's dynamic requirements.
- To accomplish core functional planning tasks, within the production planning & control group, including Aircraft Maintenance & Workshops.
- Ensuring the continuing support of these functions, whilst delivering to the business, technical and production outputs required, to ensure that the Emirates Fleet of aircraft are maintained to the highest standards.
- To assist the team to ensure accomplishment of all planned and non routine activities on time, in budget and to the quality and safety standards expected.
In this role, you will
- Support the delivery of Production Planning activities for Aircraft Maintenance working with the PPEs & PPOs, to ensure the service is meeting agreed SLA.

- Support the delivery of Production Planning activities for Overhaul Workshops, working with the shop PPEs & PPOs, to ensure the service meets agreed SLA.
- Ensure the planning process is delivering SSS/Task 2 parts to Aircraft Maintenance per agreed timelines though appropriate planning in the shop.
- Simultaneously ensure that minimum stock levels are maintained for components as agreed with Materials Management and/or as directed by the Shop PPE.
