About The Role
We are looking for a skilled
Senior Planner
with strong
MEP construction experience
and exposure to large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Track project progress against approved baselines and identify potential delays.
- Perform critical path and schedule variance analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather progress updates and forecast upcoming activities.
- Assist in resource planning, productivity monitoring, and schedule recovery plans.
- Support project controls and management reporting functions.
- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
✔ Minimum
8+ years of planning experience
within construction projects.
✔ Strong experience in
MEP works
.
✔ Proven track record working on
large-scale construction projects
.
✔ Proficiency in
Primavera P6
and project scheduling methodologies.
✔ Strong communication and reporting skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
✔ GCC project experience is a plus
✔ Experience in project controls, delay analysis, and reporting.
✔ PMP or other planning-related certifications are advantageous.
