- Develop work plan & budget, annual major jobs list, and integrated schedules in Primavera
- Ensure compliance of Shutdown Management System and MCJ gated process
- Prepare daily work orders approved in Risk Based Work Selection for upcoming major maintenance activities
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown management in oil and gas or related industry
- Proficiency in Primavera or similar scheduling software

Job Overview
- Facilitate Asset emergency outages recovery execution plans, major complex jobs, overhauls and shutdowns.
- Develop work plan & budget, annual major jobs list and integrated schedules in Primavera.
- Ensure compliance of Shutdown Management System & MCJ gated process.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate emergency outages and prepare plan and scheduling of main troubleshooting activities.
- Generate and communicate required emergency outage progress reports.
- Prepare and coordinate development of work plans, packs, and support materials reservations.
- Provide support to Maintenance supervision to coordinate interfaces between Operations, Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Shutdown teams.
- Support Asset Maintenance external contracting strategy and interface with external parties.
