Responsibilities
- Participate in pre commissioning, commissioning, preservation, and start up of new equipment and facilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field mechanical equipment
- Ensure material and spare parts are available and in good condition before maintenance activities
- Follow maintenance procedures and ensure proper controls for a safe workplace
- Provide accurate records and close out reports of completed work
- Participate in troubleshooting of mechanical field issues and issue timely reports
- Review P&IDs, loop drawings, hook up drawings, and other documents
- Participate in regular toolbox meetings and report near misses, incidents, and accidents
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical field maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read P&IDs, loop drawings, hook up drawings, and mechanical datasheets
- Knowledge of safe work practices and intrinsic safety requirements
- Experience with calibrated and certified tools

Job Overview
- Support Expansion Project Mechanical activities for pre commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start up tasks.
- Conduct Mechanical field maintenance activities safely, including preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure reliability and availability of Company Assets (North, South, RLTO & Refining, Barzan and NFE facilities).
Key Job Accountabilities
- Participates in pre commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start up of new equipment and facilities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on field Mechanical equipment as directed.
- Ensure that material and spare parts are available and in good condition before starting maintenance activities.
- Ensure applicable maintenance procedures are followed and proper controls are in place for safe workplace.
- Provides accurate records and close out reports of all completed work.
- Participates in troubleshooting of Mechanical field issues and issues timely reports.
- Review P&IDs, loop drawings, hook up drawings, Mechanical Index, Mechanical datasheets, logic diagrams.
- Perform calibrated and certified tools specific for the job type and ensure Intrinsic Safety (IS) requirements.
- Participates in Regular Toolbox meeting and reports all Near Misses, Incidents and Accidents.
