Job Overview

  • Provide analytical and operational support in managing employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Support line management through case analysis, reporting, and implementation of employee relations practices to maintain positive working relationships.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to analyze employee relations cases and interpret regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Effective communication and professional working relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Sensitivity and professionalism in handling confidential employee matters within a multi cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and administer employee relations documentation relating to working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary, employee conduct, grievance, and absence management.
  • Conduct investigation into grievances, harassment, absence, disciplinary cases, and absence management by interviewing concerned parties, gathering relevant information, analyzing findings, and preparing investigation reports with recommendations.
  • Coordinate implementation of approved investigation outcomes, including issuance of warning letters and related employee relations actions.
  • Liaise with the Medical team on employee cases involving medical considerations and monitor documentation related to sick leaves and employee medical cases.
  • Liaise with employees and their families in cases involving accidents, medical emergencies or fatalities and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Maintain confidential employee relations case records and analyze case trends, statistical reports, warnings, and advisories.
  • Support delivery of employee relations awareness sessions and supervisor coaching programs.
  • Coordinate with employees and line managers to support employee return to work processes.
