Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and suites for enterprise level applications
- Conduct performance testing on web applications, SOAP API, and mobile applications
- Utilize mobile performance testing tools such as NeoLoad, JMeter Mobile, LoadRunner Mobile, and BlazeMeter Mobile
- Implement CI/CD/CT pipeline orchestration for performance testing
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance test coverage, and increase automation maturity
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for test automation frameworks and standards
- Document and share lessons learned, best practices, and guidelines
- Perform any other duties outside the scope as and when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering (IT)
- Minimum of 6+ years of hands on experience in software testing with a strong focus on Performance, Load and Endurance testing
- Professional certifications in Software Testing Automation
- Extensive expertise in NEOLOAD performance testing tool
- Proficiency in JMeter Mobile, LoadRunner Mobile, BlazeMeter Mobile
- Experience with CI/CD/CT pipeline integration
- Knowledge of a scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Java)
- Experience with monitoring tools (JIRA, AppDynamics, Datadog)
- ISTQB, Cypress/Appium certifications preferred
- Xray Certified Practitioner (JIRA Xray Test Case Management) preferred

Job Description
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering (IT)
- Professional certifications in Software Testing Automation
- Extensive expertise in NEOLOAD performance testing tool, TOSCA automation tool would be an added advantage
- ISTQB, Cypress/Appium certifications, Mobile Performance Testing Tools (NeoLoad, JMeter Mobile, LoadRunner Mobile)
- Agile/Scrum, CI/CD/CT pipeline integration
- Xray Certified Practitioner (JIRA Xray Test Case Management) Preferred
- Minimum of 6+ years of hands on experience in software testing with a strong focus on Performance, Load and Endurance testing
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks and suites for enterprise level applications
Technical Skills
- Performance Testing on Web application, SOAP API Testing, Mobile Testing, SQL, JIRA

- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance test coverage, and increase automation maturity across teams
- Utilize mobile performance testing tools such as NeoLoad, JMeter Mobile, LoadRunner Mobile, and BlazeMeter Mobile for mobile performance analysis
- Implement CI/CD/CT pipeline orchestration for performance testing, ensuring automated load, stress, and endurance tests run as part of the continuous integration workflow
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for test automation frameworks, standards, test suites, and execution processes
- Document and share lessons learned, best practices, and guidelines for effective automation of quality
- Perform any other duties outside the scope as and when required
- Knowledge of a scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Java)
- Experience in Database’s, Monitoring tools (JIRA, AppDynamics, Datadog)
- Automation of Mobile Performance Test Cases using Device Farm integration with Neoload (such as Perfecto, Browser Stack, Sauce Labs) to execute on both physical devices and emulators/simulators
- CI/CD/CT Pipeline Experience: Integrating performance test automation scripts within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) to establish continuous performance testing workflows
