Job Description

  • Leadership of strategic and operational marketing for a premium real estate agency with full responsibility for brand development, communications, digital ecosystem, and market expansion initiatives.

Brand Strategy and Communications

  • Formation and development of long term brand positioning and growth strategy.
  • Leadership of all brand communication directions: digital, offline channels, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensuring consistency of messages, visual identity, and brand perception in the market.
  • Control of content strategy across all social media, marketing campaigns, and creative materials.
  • Management of external content and creative agencies, improving their work quality.

Roadshows and Strategic Events

  • Planning and execution of international roadshows, broker events, project launches, and networking activations.
  • Ensuring events align with business goals, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Full project coordination with internal departments and external contractors at all stages.

Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing

  • Leadership of performance marketing strategy in Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid platforms.
  • Control of CPL, CPQL, ROAS, lead quality, and marketing funnel efficiency.
  • Management of contextual advertising and the entire paid customer acquisition ecosystem.
  • Understanding of attribution principles, analytics, retargeting, and CRM integration.

Website Development, SEO, and Digital Infrastructure

  • Leadership of website development projects with deep understanding of UX/UI and conversion principles.
  • Close interaction with developers on landing pages, site optimization, and technical improvements.
  • Formation and implementation of SEO strategy including technical SEO, on page optimization, content structure, and organic growth.
  • Ensuring correct implementation and configuration of analytics systems including GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.

Team Management and Cross Functional Interaction

  • Management of agencies, freelancers, production teams, and digital contractors.
  • Close interaction with sales department leadership and management team.
  • Building scalable marketing processes and reporting systems.
  • Ensuring effective task execution while maintaining strategic control over all directions.

Candidate Requirements

  • More than 7 years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience in marketing of development companies or real estate agencies.
  • Proven experience managing large marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and events.
  • Experience launching and scaling websites with high SEO performance.
  • Portfolio of successful advertising campaigns, brand projects, and digital growth cases.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Expected Profile

  • Strong strategic marketing thinking combined with willingness to participate in project execution.
  • Experience managing brand communications in premium real estate or luxury segment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, content ecosystems, and web development.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, site optimization, and paid advertising channel infrastructure.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent understanding of modern content trends, storytelling, and creative direction.
  • Commercial mindset and deep understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
