Position Overview

  • The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy, performance, and growth of BI Group's real estate portfolio in the UAE.
  • Acting as the commercial leader, the role develops and manages internal sales function, broker network performance, sales operations, customer journey, and revenue generation across all residential and mixed use developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement overall sales strategy for all BI Group developments
  • Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
  • Drive achievement of sales revenue, volume, and profitability objectives
  • Develop project specific sales strategies aligned with market demand
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions
  • Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning
  • Monitor Dubai real estate market trends, competitor activity, pricing movements
  • Lead sales preparation and launch activities for new developments
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with brokerage firms
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high performing sales team
  • Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within a real estate developer in the UAE
  • Proven track record of delivering significant residential project sales in Dubai
  • Strong broker network and market relationships within the UAE real estate sector
  • Experience managing project launches and large scale sales operations
