People and Culture Responsibilities
- Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with company culture and business goals.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent in the region.
- Create and improve policies related to employee wellbeing and retention.
- Serve as a culture ambassador who shapes and reinforces company values.
Talent and Organizational Development
- Design and evaluate employee recognition and reward programs.
- Advise management on organizational development and culture-related challenges.
- Oversee talent development frameworks including mentorship and succession planning.
- Oversee leadership development programs.
Regional Collaboration
- Lead cross-office cultural alignment between the Riyadh and Jordan branches.
- Influence stakeholders across functions and regions while supporting multicultural teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in culture-related roles.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on ability to implement programs and policies.
- Demonstrated success leading culture transformation or engagement strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across functions and regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the IT or technology industry with exposure to multicultural teams is preferred.
- An HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi is an advantage.
