What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of the consulting practice, aligning services with client needs and market opportunities.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable client impact.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proposals, pitches, and account growth.
• Manage, mentor, and develop consultants and engagement managers.
• Oversee project profitability, resourcing, and risk management across a portfolio of engagements.
• Represent the company's point of view through thought leadership, industry events, and client forums.
• Ensure engagements adhere to governance, compliance, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or a related field.
• Track record of leading complex client engagements.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role managing teams and client portfolios.
• Proven experience in business development, including proposal development and client pitching.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
