The employer is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant with hands-on experience delivering DGA Qiyas compliance and readiness projects.
The role supports government and public-sector entities with standards assessment, gap identification, improvement planning, stakeholder coordination, and evidence submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Qiyas compliance engagements covering assessment, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Assess compliance against DGA digital transformation standards and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain compliance matrices, gap reports, action plans, evidence trackers, and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate with business, IT, data management, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and executive meetings, track actions and risks, and prepare project and management reports.
- Review documentation, quality-assure evidence submissions, support mock assessments, and monitor DGA updates.
- Promote sustainable compliance practices and support knowledge transfer to client teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant experience in digital transformation, consulting, compliance, or project management.
- Hands-on experience delivering or supporting DGA Qiyas compliance, readiness, or measurement projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Understanding of digital government standards, compliance assessment, evidence preparation, and improvement planning.
- Strong project management, coordination, analytical, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and engaging with senior management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, COBIT, TOGAF, or relevant digital transformation certifications are preferred.
- Prior experience working with Saudi government or semi-government entities is preferred.
Workplace
- The candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia or available to work on-site as required.
