About Us

Lead Payment Risk Operations

• Lead payment risk operations across the end-to-end payment lifecycle, covering transaction, fund flow, and process-related risks. Through routine monitoring, rule-based alerts, and case analysis, identify representative payment risk scenarios, summarize risk patterns and behavioral characteristics, and propose actionable risk control optimization recommendations.

Risk Review & Process Optimization

• Conduct professional reviews and risk assessments of materials submitted for potentially high-risk users or transactions. Analyze review quality, approval rates, and risk outcomes to continuously identify gaps in review rules and workflows, drive improvements in review processes and risk control product capabilities, and reduce ineffective or low-value review tickets.

Case Analysis & Investigation

• Leverage payment risk and operational analytics tools to identify and conduct in-depth analysis of payment risk cases. Reconstruct abnormal transaction behaviors and fund flow paths, restore the full risk occurrence chain, accurately characterize case features, and propose targeted payment risk prevention and mitigation solutions.

Risk Monitoring & Early Warning

• Continuously monitor payment risk trends, risk strategy performance, and operational process effectiveness. Contribute to the development of payment risk early-warning capabilities to proactively identify emerging risk signals and, through the combination of risk operations and strategy deployment, enhance overall payment risk detection and control efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to systematically refine payment risk strategies and control requirements, embed risk controls into core payment processes and new product launches, and jointly ensure the security and stability of payment operations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, with a background in financial services, fintech, or consulting.
• Prior experience in payment risk case analysis, transaction review, or fund risk handling is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Hive, SQL, and Excel, with the ability to perform basic data analysis and issue diagnosis.

Risk Expertise

• Solid understanding of payment risk operations frameworks and payment risk case analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with common payment fraud and abnormal transaction patterns, with the ability to identify key risk leverage points.
• Capable of rapidly deploying risk rules or control strategies and validating their effectiveness.

Soft Skills

• Strong logical thinking and risk sensitivity, with the ability to quickly identify payment risk behaviors, reconstruct risk paths, and summarize risk characteristics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to clearly articulate risk requirements and drive alignment and execution across teams.
• Strong interest in the payment risk domain, with a continuous learning mindset and close attention to emerging technologies, business models, and regulatory developments.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to perform effectively in high-intensity and complex environments.
