Role Overview

  • As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across Saudi Arabia by building strategic partnerships, expanding our corporate customer base, and strengthening our market presence.
  • You will work closely with key stakeholders across the automotive, fleet, and mobility sectors to create long term, mutually beneficial relationships that accelerate business growth.

What you will be doing

  • Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with automotive dealerships and key industry partners across Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify and onboard new dealership partners to expand invygo's vehicle supply network.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms that drive sustainable business growth.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve vehicle acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealership partners, ensuring a best in class partner experience.
  • Drive B2B sales opportunities and commercial partnerships within the automotive ecosystem.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase vehicle supply and business performance.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, acquisition, and partnership growth targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and dealership performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee dealership payment processes and ensure timely settlement of partner payables.
  • Monitor commercial performance, pricing structures, margins, and partnership profitability.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high performance and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the automotive or mobility sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi automotive, fleet leasing, or subscription landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, with deep knowledge of the Saudi market.
  • Preferably someone with prior experience in the automobile, car rental, hotel, or airline industry.
  • Data driven mindset, with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
