Responsibilities
- Own OTIF (On Time, In Full handover) ensuring cars are delivered on time and fully prepared
- Drive acceptance rate up and acceptance duration down across both markets
- Own car upload and live inventory readiness to maximize vehicle availability
- Own SMA scheduling and service quality for fleet maintenance
- Own collection performance and lead force collection and recovery
- Own daily operational dashboards and full KPI set with clear targets per market
- Standardise processes and SLAs across KSA and UAE while respecting local differences
- Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Supply, Finance, Product, Engineering, and CX teams
- Build, lead, and mentor high performing operations teams across KSA and UAE
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in fleet, logistics, or subscription services
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple markets
- Hands on operator with ability to drive execution and continuous improvement

The Role
- The Head of Operations will own the end to end operational performance of Invygo across KSA and UAE.
- Based in Riyadh and leading distributed teams across both markets, this role is accountable for core operational KPIs: OTIF handover, acceptance rate and duration, SMA scheduling and quality, fleet upload, and collections.
- The ideal candidate is a hands on operator and builder who thrives on dashboards and SLAs.
What You'll Do
- Own OTIF (On Time, In Full handover) ensure cars are delivered to customers on the committed date and time.
- Drive acceptance rate up and acceptance duration down.
- Own car upload and live inventory readiness.
- Eliminate handover delays through clear SLAs, root cause analysis, and tight coordination.
- Own SMA scheduling ensure Scheduled Maintenance Appointments are planned with full coverage.
- Drive SMA rating and service quality.
- Manage vehicle readiness, turnaround time, claims, and redeployment.
- Own collection performance ensure subscription dues are collected on time.
- Lead force collection and recovery.
- Reduce overdue and aging balances through clear processes and cross functional alignment.
- Own daily operational dashboards and the full KPI set.
- Standardise processes and SLAs across KSA and UAE.
