Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and employee services.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-up, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment support.
- Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, renewals, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, HR databases, and personnel documents.
- Prepare HR letters and official documents such as salary certificates, employment letters, and other employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, deductions, allowances, and employee changes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Administer leave management and attendance tracking in line with company policy and Saudi labor regulations.
- Support employee relations matters and respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and coordinate medical insurance administration, including employee additions, deletions, upgrades, renewals, and claims support when needed.
- Handle HR compliance requirements in accordance with Saudi labor law and internal HR policies.
- Manage government-related HR transactions and reporting through relevant Saudi platforms and portals.
- Process and follow up on HR activities through platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, and MHRSD platforms.
- Support administration-related activities and office coordination where required.
- Assist in implementing culture and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, morale, and workplace environment.
- Support internal employee events, engagement campaigns, and culture-building activities.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee data and sensitive HR information.
- Provide regular HR operational support and reports to management as needed.
