Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into HR actions
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee matters, and people related decisions
- Drive performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and evaluations
- Own and execute end to end monthly payroll process
- Manage all HR related government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, HRSD)
- Manage full employee lifecycle processes including contracts, onboarding, offboarding
- Manage immigration related processes including visa applications and Iqama updates
- Administer HR operational systems and ensure data accuracy
- Provide daily operational HR support and advise on Saudi labor law interpretation
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
- In depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government regulations
- Experience with payroll processing and HR operations
- Strong understanding of government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, HRSD)
- Excellent communication and advisory skills

Role Overview

- The role supports business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness while also owning end to end HR operations, payroll processing, employee lifecycle administration, and compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into HR actions and solutions.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee matters, and people related decisions.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational effectiveness programs.
- Guide employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, and evaluations).
- Support managers in performance discussions and PIP processes.
- Participate in talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Identify capability gaps and support development initiatives.
- Own and execute the end to end monthly payroll process.
- Prepare, calculate, and validate payroll inputs including salaries, variable pay, overtime, allowances, commissions, deductions, leave balances, and payroll adjustments.
