Role Overview
Provide hands-on support for Oracle Fusion HCM in Qatar.
The assignment duration is one year.
Workplace
- The role is based onsite in Qatar.
Application Modules in Scope
- Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Compensation, and Recruitment.
- Learning Management, Goals Management, and Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support and resolve issues.
- Handle change requests and system configuration.
- Maintain documentation and conduct Oracle quarterly release testing.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
- Support reporting, HDL, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, and integrations.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
- Experience across Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, and other HCM modules.
- Strong OTBI, BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts, and SQL skills.
