About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Operator for the CCL (Coil Coating Line) to ensure safe and smooth operation of entry-end equipment. The role involves following procedures, conducting pre-operation checks, inspecting coated coils, and maintaining production records.

Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and smooth operation of all entry end equipment including uncoiler, stitching, and tension
- Follow established operating procedures to ensure production targets are met
- Conduct pre operation checks to ensure machinery is in good working condition
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols during coil handling, cutting, and changeovers
- Inspect coated coils for surface defects, gloss level, color shade, and edge quality
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including output quantities and machine performance data
- Communicate effectively with coating, entry, and maintenance teams for smooth line operation
- Lead shift handover meetings with proper documentation
- Quickly respond to line stoppages or mechanical/electrical issues at exit/entry section
Requirements
- Experience in coil handling, cutting, and changeovers
- Knowledge of safety protocols in industrial environments
- Ability to inspect coated coils for defects
- Ability to maintain accurate production records
