Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technical training roadmap aligned with business goals and OEM requirements
- Define yearly training calendars and certificate targets for technicians, service advisor and workshop controllers
- Manage training budgets and cost efficiency
- Oversee the delivery of high quality technical training across locations
- Monitor training effectiveness through post training assessment, service KPI's and feedback analysis
- Maintain regular communication with OEM training teams to ensure curriculum consistency and certificate alignment
- Act as a technical training liaison for dealer workshops nationwide
- Develop and update technical training programs
- Improve training delivery methods
- Standardize training processes nationwide
- Training gap analysis & competency mapping
- Collaborate with OEM's for early technical readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering or related field
- Certified master technician or trainer by a recognized OEM preferred
- Deep understanding of vehicle systems, mechanical, electrical, hybrid and EV technologies
- Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, troubleshooting, repair processes and OEM technical standards
- Aftersales operations & KPI's
- Technical training & Coaching
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, digital learning platforms and assessment tools
