About the Role
National Reference Laboratory (NRL) is seeking a Senior Officer, Sales Support to enable the success of the Business Development team by providing operational, administrative, and coordination support.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development and Sales teams
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support sales activities
- Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, client databases, and documentation
- Ensure timely processing of sales approvals, memos, and related requests
- Assist in preparing and managing sales proposals, contracts, and commercial documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly
- Support management of sales pipeline and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or business development coordination
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in healthcare or medical sector preferred

Qualifications

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical sector is preferred.
