- Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in the Core Laboratory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze and validate laboratory results in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and analyzers
- Ensure compliance with DOH/DHA regulations, accreditation requirements, and laboratory policies
- Participate in quality control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Accurately document and report test results using the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Support inventory management and ensure the availability of laboratory supplies
- Collaborate effectively with laboratory staff, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or a related field
- Valid DOH or DHA license as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably within a Core Laboratory environment
- Hands on experience in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and/or Coagulation
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Microsoft Office applications
