Job Summary

  • Under the general direction of the Recruitment and Admissions Manager, the Senior Recruitment and Admissions Officer’s role is to work in collaboration with the Recruitment and Admissions Officers in dealing with all aspects of enrollment and admission of students at the College, in accordance with

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and follow up on students’ applications and documents.
  • Maintain and update admission records and files.
  • Contribute towards achieving the overall student admission targets as mandated by upper management.
  • Develop and maintain a database of contacts and referrals to generate own leads besides those generated via marketing, walk ins, and Inbound calls.
  • Process the required equivalency of students by coordinating with the college Deans and committee for student transfer from other universities.
  • Follow up on students’ equivalencies results from concerned faculty members and inform the students accordingly.
  • Process admission applications in accordance with the College’s policies, goals, and rules on the admissibility of undergraduate students.
  • Serve as a resource to students, parents, High Schools, and other feeder institutions regarding Admissions to the College.
  • Represent the college at external recruitment and internal events.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of the college’s student recruitment activities such as open days, and campaign tours.
  • Deliver high quality presentations about the college both on and off campus.
  • Liaise and network with high school career advisors to develop effective relationships to meet student recruitment targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4 6 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University is essential.

Competencies & Skills

  • Goal oriented, patient, and highly ethical.
  • Good expertise with MS Office, CRM, and ERP.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a multi cultural environment and to cope with pressure in a positive manner while working towards deadlines within a busy and demanding environment.
  • Must be accurate, well organized, and pay close attention to details.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sales techniques.
