- Design and implement career focused programs
- Collect and analyze data on students' career outcomes and alumni engagement
- Establish and nurture partnerships with industry professionals and organizations
- Collaborate with academic departments and student affairs units
- Develop a strategic plan for alumni engagement
- Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars tailored to alumni
- Develop and implement a system to recognize outstanding achievements of alumni
- Invite successful alumni to participate as speakers, mentors, or panelists
Requirements
- Three (3) years of related experience in student affairs programs in higher education
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or a closely related field
- Ability to effectively engage with a diverse population of students, graduates, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in scheduling, organizing, and executing assigned tasks
- Event planning and project coordination skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Knowledgeable about diverse career paths and job market trends
- Proficient in collecting and analyzing career related data
- Fluent in both written and verbal English and Arabic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Summary
- The Assistant Manager – Employability, Career & Alumni Development supports the University's strategic objectives by enhancing graduate employability, strengthening alumni engagement, and building sustainable industry partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
