Position Summary

  • The Contact Center Representative plays a pivotal role in the admissions and enrollment process.
  • This dynamic position requires a combination of exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  • The representative is responsible for engaging with prospective students, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the admissions and enrollment process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Initiate proactive outreach to potential students, including follow up calls and email correspondence.
  • Actively engage with prospective students to identify their needs and guide them through the application process.
  • Use persuasive communication techniques to encourage prospective students to apply and enroll.
  • Provide detailed information on academic programs, tuition, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life.
  • Educate prospective students on the benefits of attending Liwa College.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the contact center's CRM system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry for reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth transition from inquiry to application.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service by promptly addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering solutions.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet enrollment targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a higher education or related setting.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic).
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a multi cultural environment and to cope with pressure.

Experience & Academic Qualifications

  • 1 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • A Diploma is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University is preferable.
