- Translate business needs into practical system solutions
- Create roadmap for the realization of HCM systems throughout the company and be key in process improvements
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 4 years experience in Enterprise HR systems, particularly Oracle HCM and Payroll
- Hands on expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and user focused solutions
- Tech savvy, detail oriented, collaborative, with a proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement
- Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and ATS systems preferred

About the Role
- Embedded within the Enterprise and Innovation Team, you will manage Oracle HR products and their delivery including Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, Government Relations Systems and Travel.
- You will play a key role in managing system functionality, driving enhancements, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that support HR, Payroll, and business operations.
- This includes testing, user support, data management, and stakeholder collaboration, while translating business needs into practical system solutions.
