About the Role

Responsibilities
- Allocate crew resources while maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient airline operations across a 24/7 environment
- Provide operational oversight of crew rosters, readiness, regulatory compliance, qualifications, and certifications
- Manage operational disruptions and coordinate solutions balancing operational performance, crew welfare, and customer commitments
- Represent Crew Operations across the Operations Control Centre (OCC) and partner with internal teams, airport operations, and external service providers
Requirements
- Degree qualified or High School diploma (Grade 12) with minimum 4 years' experience in crew control, crew scheduling, or planning
- Proven ability to manage disruptions and make timely, data driven decisions in high pressure situations
- Solid understanding of airline operations and aviation regulations

About the Role
- As a Crew Duty Controller, you will support the seamless delivery of worldwide Flight and Cabin Crew operations by ensuring the effective allocation of crew resources while maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient airline operations across a dynamic 24/7 environment.
About You
- Degree qualified, High School diploma (Grade 12) with a minimum of 4 years' experience in crew control, crew scheduling, or planning—preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to manage disruptions and make timely, data driven decisions in high pressure situations.
- Solid understanding of airline operations and aviation regulations.
- Certifications in aviation operations or crew resource management are a plus.
