Responsibilities
- Support Riyadh Air’s AOG operations by coordinating urgent aircraft material requirements, ensuring rapid response and recovery activities
- Manage AOG material movements, monitor operational timelines, and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and maintenance teams
- Monitor AOG material consumption, track recovery timelines and costs, maintain accurate operational records, and support reporting activities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warranty, and Maintenance to ensure seamless coordination of AOG recovery activities
- Support audit activities, ensure accurate documentation and traceability of material transactions, and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational reliability
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in materials management, logistics, supply chain, or AOG spare parts operations within the aviation industry
- Hands on experience working within an airline operational centre or AOG desk environment
- Strong knowledge of aircraft material movements, shipping coordination, inventory management, and operational reporting processes
- Experience working with aviation systems, operational compliance requirements, and cross functional operational teams

About the Role
- Are you experienced in managing time critical aircraft material support operations within a fast paced aviation environment?
- In this role, you will support Riyadh Air’s AOG operations by coordinating urgent aircraft material requirements, ensuring rapid response and recovery activities that minimise operational disruption and maintain fleet reliability.
- You will play a key role in managing AOG material movements, monitoring operational timelines, and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and maintenance teams to ensure critical aircraft components are delivered efficiently and in compliance with operationa
- Your responsibilities will include monitoring AOG material consumption, tracking recovery timelines and costs, maintaining accurate operational records, and supporting reporting activities that enable data driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Working within a high pressure operational environment, you will collaborate with cross functional teams including Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warranty, and Maintenance to ensure seamless coordination of AOG recovery activities and alignment with operational priorities.
- You will also support audit activities, ensure accurate documentation and traceability of material transactions, and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational reliability across all AOG support activities.
About You
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in materials management, logistics, supply chain, or AOG spare parts operations within the aviation industry.
- Hands on experience working within an airline operational centre or AOG desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft material movements, shipping coordination, inventory management, and operational reporting processes.
