- Manage, maintain, and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, security, telephony, internet, intranet, and wireless networks
- Design and implement infrastructure strategies to support current and future business requirements
- Lead infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
- Manage infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, RFPs, contracts, and service delivery processes
- Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, security controls, and compliance requirements
- Monitor network and server performance, recommend improvements, and ensure optimal system capacity
Requirements
- Experience in managing and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, security, telephony, internet, intranet, and wireless networks
- Ability to design and implement infrastructure strategies
- Experience in leading infrastructure operations and ensuring high availability, performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery
- Experience managing infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, RFPs, contracts, and service delivery
- Ability to establish and enforce IT policies, standards, security controls, and compliance requirements
- Experience monitoring network and server performance and recommending improvements
