Work Arrangement

- Experience in managed services or large enterprise environments is mandatory.
- Arabic and English language proficiency are mandatory.

Infrastructure Operations
- Lead end-to-end operations of data center infrastructure, including Azure and on-premises environments.
- Lead end-to-end operations of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure services.
- Manage proactive monitoring, incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain operational readiness and capacity planning for critical systems.
