BI Developer/Consultant role requiring Arabic communication and 4-6 years of BI experience.
The role combines hands-on BI development with business stakeholder requirements gathering and consulting responsibilities.
Required experience and skills
- Arabic speaking is stated as a must-have.
- Build BI solutions end to end, covering data modeling, visualization, and deployment.
- Have strong hands-on skills in a major BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, with expert-level proficiency in at least one.
- Have strong SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and complex joins.
- Have data modeling experience with star schemas and dimensional modeling.
- Have ETL/ELT experience building and troubleshooting pipelines that feed BI layers.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into dashboards and reports.
Additional qualifications
- DAX or an equivalent calculation language is needed when the work is Power BI-centric.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or a similar unified analytics platform is good to have.
- Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics feeding BI layers is good to have.
- Experience presenting to executive or C-level audiences is good to have.
- Operations, logistics, parking, or municipal data domain experience is good to have.
- Familiarity with data governance and row-level security implementation is good to have.
- Prior consulting experience involving client-facing engagements, scoping, and stakeholder management is good to have.

- Build and deploy end-to-end BI solutions.
- Create dashboards and reports from business stakeholder requirements.
- Develop data models and SQL queries for BI applications.
- Build and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines feeding BI layers.
- Support stakeholder communication, presentations, and consulting activities.
