Role Overview

Implementation and Delivery

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and NAC technologies.
• Prepare scopes of work, implementation plans, and activity schedules.
• Execute site surveys, migrations, cutovers, and go-live activities, including after-hours changes when required.

Operations and Support

• Provide L2 and L3 troubleshooting for bandwidth, latency, connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
• Perform hardening, configuration backups, and health checks for network and security devices.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendor technical assistance teams, NOC teams, and field engineers.

Documentation and Governance

• Maintain HLD, LLD, as-built, runbook, UAT, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Manage work through ServiceNow, Salesforce, or equivalent ticketing and CRM platforms.
• Follow customer change-control and project governance standards.

Customer and Team Engagement

• Act as a trusted technical point of contact for customers during delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and support presales effort estimates and proof-of-concept activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of hands-on enterprise network and security implementation or operations experience.
• Proven delivery experience in multi-site or branch environments.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and Cisco ISE.
• Industry certification in relevant technologies.

Travel and Work Conditions

• Travel to customer sites across the UAE and support occasional after-hours change windows.
