Role Overview
Support the new equipment sales process for Otis UAE through sales estimation, engineering economics, and integrated project cost control.
Act as a liaison with regional resources, factories, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain technical and commercial information for competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Support New Equipment Sales Engineers with estimation and sales administration.
- Review contracts, book them on internal systems, and archive contract terms according to policy.
- Inspect installation drawings and estimate materials required against tender specifications.
- Review project specifications and identify sources of supply from Otis factories.
- Coordinate with factories, sales teams, design engineers, suppliers, and other teams to gather cost information.
- Prepare price lists covering materials, manpower hours, duties, fees, tools, transportation, and other project requirements.
- Calculate margins and safety buffers for sales proposals.
- Release materials against approved drawings and maintain contracting records in the E-Logistic tool.
- Review monthly reports, prepare technical and commercial submittals, prepare compliance statements, and attend customer meetings when needed.
