Role Summary
Support new equipment operations through estimations, contract preparation, scope-change negotiations, competitive intelligence, and sales execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize new equipment contracts with clients.
- Prepare pre-qualification and technical documents for proposals.
- Prepare estimates and issue quotations based on project scope and proposed Otis products.
- Liaise with clients to negotiate contracts and address potential risks in renewal terms.
- Execute sales strategies to increase market share across assigned product lines and markets.
- Develop relationships with developers and contractors through regular engagement.
- Coordinate with Aftermarket and Service to implement agreement terms and conditions.
- Inspect new equipment delivered and installed at client locations.
- Build competitive awareness to position Otis favorably on proposals.
- Assist Finance with timely payment collection under contracting agreements.
- Maintain the contracts database in the MIS system and provide periodic activity reports.
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline forecasts for management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- At least five years of relevant elevator or escalator sales and marketing experience in KSA.
