- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Dynamics 365 CRM applications
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development principles and best practices
- Extensive experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Strong experience in data cleansing, data integration, data mapping, and managing data relationships within Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems and applications
- Hands on experience with Plugins, JavaScript, and .NET development
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Hands on experience delivering TAMM services/projects
- Previous experience working with government entities in the UAE
