- Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM On Premise implementations for a government digital transformation project
- Perform enterprise integrations and CRM solution architecture
- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Handle data cleansing, data integration, data mapping, and manage data relationships
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM On Prem Consultant/Implementation experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and configuration
- Extensive experience in CRM implementation projects, especially CRM On Prem environments
- Hands on experience with Plugins, JavaScript, .NET, data cleansing, data integration, data mapping, and managing data relationships
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem solving skills
- Previous experience working with UAE government entities
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory)
