Role Description
- Configure and deploy executable process models and AI agents into live operation, and scale them across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Deploy executable process models (not separately coded workflows) with observability, controls, and human in the loop oversight.
- Integrate AI native processes with enterprise platforms.
- Establish adoption and value tracking, and run evaluation and observability on AI workflows.
- Scale AI enabled processes across business verticals using reusable components.
- Continuously refine deployments based on operational feedback and lessons learned.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in solution delivery, integration, or automation at scale.
- Proven experience delivering production BPM, workflow, or automation solutions.
- Government or large enterprise implementation experience.
