About the Role
Birbal AI seeks an Engagement/Project Director in Abu Dhabi to own end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-wide AI-native business process reengineering programme. - Own end to end delivery of an enterprise wide AI native business process reengineering programme and serve as the single point of accountability to the client's steering committee
- Lead delivery across all stages and gates, from mobilization to deploy and scale, to accepted outcomes
- Run programme governance, including steering committee and PMO interfaces, decision rights, escalation and reporting
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Process, AI, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Governance and Change specialists
- Ensure AI native design quality, while managing risk, scope and commercial delivery
- Manage executive stakeholders and build trusted client relationships

- Experience delivering government/public sector projects (GCC/UAE preferred)
- Experience leading multi workstream programmes and executive governance
