Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi million dirham advertising budgets to maximize lead generation, ROAS, and campaign efficiency.
- Launch and optimize performance campaigns for off plan, ready, and luxury real estate developments targeting local and international investors.
- Execute programmatic advertising campaigns using DV360, DSPs, Campaign Manager 360, and premium audience platforms.
- Build advanced audience segmentation strategies using first party data, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and behavioral targeting.
- Implement conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, and other tracking solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC, and lead quality.
- Develop data driven optimization strategies through continuous A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, bidding models, and audience segments.
- Work closely with Sales, CRM, Creative, and Digital teams to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and customer acquisition.
- Create executive dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio and Google Analytics, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Evaluate emerging digital marketing trends, AI driven advertising technologies, and media opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage agency relationships, publisher negotiations, and third party media partnerships where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital media buying and performance marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in UAE real estate marketing
- Proven experience managing high value digital advertising budgets across multiple platforms
- Hands on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Looker Studio, Excel, and campaign reporting
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration skills

Job Summary
- Binghatti is seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead digital media planning, buying, and performance marketing initiatives across local and international markets.
- The successful candidate will manage high value advertising budgets, execute multi channel campaigns, and drive qualified lead generation for luxury real estate projects through data driven optimization and audience targeting.
Key Responsibilities

- Launch and optimize performance campaigns for off plan, ready, and luxury real estate developments targeting local and international investors.
- Execute programmatic advertising campaigns using DV360, DSPs, Campaign Manager 360, and premium audience platforms.
