About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall facilities operations of residential towers and communities
- Ensure efficient delivery of hard and soft FM services through in house teams and contractors
- Oversee maintenance of all MEP, HVAC, fire and life safety, and building systems
- Monitor contractor performance, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and manage operational budgets and maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Lead asset preservation initiatives and preventive maintenance programs
- Liaise with residents, property management teams, and Owners Association representatives
- Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior management
Requirements
