About the Role

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Set, monitor, and manage sales KPIs and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Conduct daily training sessions for channel partners (brokers) and ensure the internal sales team follows the same sales approach and standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar leadership role in the real estate industry
- Strong sales and sales management skills with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high performing sales teams
- Extensive experience in luxury or premium real estate/property development sales
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with high net worth individuals, investors, and senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment
