About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of digital transformation projects and programs
- Establish and enforce PMO governance, standards, and project methodologies
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Prepare portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and steering committee updates
- Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project resource planning and prioritization across the portfolio
- Drive RAID management, change control, and project quality assurance
- Ensure benefits realization and successful project handover to operations
- Support procurement, vendor management, and contract governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- Experience managing digital transformation projects within the UAE real estate industry
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP), Customer Experience & Mobile Applications, Sales & Post Sales Systems, Property Management, Finance & Procurement, Integrations & Middleware, or Data & Analytics
- Proven experience managing project portfolios for leading UAE real estate developers

Job Summary
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) by overseeing the digital transformation project portfolio.
- Ensure governance, delivery, budget control, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive project execution from initiation to go live while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- PMP Certification (Mandatory).
- PMI PgMP, PMI PfMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred.

- Proven experience managing project portfolios for leading UAE real estate developers.
