- Oversee full cycle marble processing including block selection, gang saw/bridge saw cutting, calibration, polishing, edge profiling, and finishing
- Drive production planning and scheduling (PPC) to meet project timelines and optimize capacity utilization
- Monitor and improve yield, recovery rates, and wastage control
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, surface finish specifications, tolerances, and dimensional accuracy
- Manage and maintain machinery including bridge saws, CNC machines, waterjet cutting machines, polishing lines, and edge cutting equipment
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment efficiency
- Lead workforce including operators, supervisors, and technicians, ensuring productivity and discipline
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe handling of materials
- Coordinate with procurement, projects, design, and logistics teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- 10–15+ years’ experience in marble/stone manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Mining), Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of stone processing techniques and machinery
- Experience managing high volume production environments
- In depth understanding of marble processing techniques, machinery, and quality assessment standards
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- UAE/GCC experience preferred

Role Overview
