QC+ is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for in-house F&B, e-commerce, and retail. The role requires at least 6 years of marketing experience, strong digital marketing skills, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of the marketing strategy for QC+ business units, with a focus on in house F&B operations, e commerce, and retail activity.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure successful marketing strategy implementation by working with QM marcomms and key stakeholders.
- Develop initiatives and programs to strengthen brand value and reach of QC+ businesses and drive increased revenues.
- Develop and implement cross channel digital marketing activity (SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Develop cross platform advertising and promotional campaigns, ensuring compatibility with PR efforts.
- Support the Head of Marketing & Communications with development of marketing and communication budgets.
- Maximize use of targeted market information for planning and evaluation of marketing activity.
- Support periodic analysis of the marketplace to evaluate market environment, audience groups, and competitor offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with QM marketing and PR focal points and other departments.
- Conduct analysis of marketing activity results to gauge ROI and identify learnings.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Assist in development and maintenance of a structured calendar of marketing and communication activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/PR or relevant discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing or relevant position
- Well developed computing skills including Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- PR and marketing skills – demonstrated entrepreneurial ability to grow business and drive revenue generation
- Ability to conduct (market) research
- Excellent visual, oral and written communication skills
- Experience of brand development and brand management
- Experience of creative content development and use of visualization software
- Technical skills around video, audio and digital content creation
- Knowledge of cross channel and cross platform tools
- Familiar with SEM strategies and SEM integration

Role Overview
- The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of marketing and communications strategies to fully support the objectives of the business, maximizing exposure to local and international audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of the marketing strategy for QC+ business units, with a particular focus on in house F&B operations, e commerce, and retail activity.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure that the QC+ marketing strategy is successfully implemented by working closely with the QM marcomms function and key stakeholders.

Social Media
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a structured calendar of marketing and communication activities.
- Ensure that content for social media channels is posted in a timely manner and that consumer reactions are monitored.
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics and use data to continually refine and improve the company’s social media strategy.
Content Creation
- Develop content and materials in support of QC+ marketing and communication activity including, but not limited to, content for social media, media kits, content for websites related to QC+ business etc.
- Maximize use of targeted market information for planning and evaluation of marketing and communications activity.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing/PR or relevant discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing or relevant position
- Well developed computing skills including the understanding of relevant IT products and software (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Attributes
- Fluent in English (oral and written); Arabic and/or other language is a plus
- PR and marketing skills – demonstrated entrepreneurial ability to grow business and drive revenue generation
- Ability to conduct (market) research
- Excellent visual, oral and written communication skills
