- Take responsibility for providing professional service in food and beverage outlets

- Acquire in depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist guests
- Maintain good relationship with guests and attend to complaints
- Use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
- Communicate actively with guests and obtain feedback
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist with monitoring restaurant inventory
- Complete opening/closing responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Present check, collect payment, and settle bill
Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant certification is preferred
- At least 1 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Food & Beverage background is preferred
- Arabic (Required)
- Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
